Personal TrAI Become a partner
Partner programme

Recommend Personal TrAI
and take 20% to 50%,
every month they stay.

You start at 20% and climb through the levels: up to 50% if you have an audience and publish the link, up to 40% if you run the sale yourself. Not the first month: every month, for as long as that trainer keeps paying.

Free to join, no selection process. The programme is run by Sentovia, the software house that builds Personal TrAI.

What it adds up to
  • 10 trainers on Personal, €19 ≈ €92 a month
  • 10 studios on Studio, €39 ≈ €189 a month
  • The same twenty, after a year ≈ €3,370

Worked out at creator level 3 (50%) on net, that is after VAT and payment fees: you join at 20% and get there with active customers and the revenue they generate. Indicative figures: what counts is the subscriptions that stay active, not the ones that get signed.

01The mechanism

How it works, start to finish.

Five steps, none of which require you to be a personal trainer or to know how to sell software.

  1. 1

Open a partner account on Sentovia

Free, no selection, no interview. Sentovia is the software house behind Personal TrAI: there is one partner programme covering all of its products.

  2. 2

Get your code and your tracked link

Always use your tracked link: it is the only one that attributes the customer to you, and a plain link to personaltrai.com does not. It looks like this:
    sentovia.com/r/yourcode/personaltrai

  3. 3

Give it to whoever is drowning in plans and balances

Independent personal trainers, PT studios, gyms with coaching included, strength coaches, nutrition professionals working with athletes. When someone asks you «how do you keep track of all this?», that link is the answer.

  4. 4

Whoever clicks stays yours for ninety days

Nobody subscribes to a management tool the day they discover it: they think about it, try the free plan with three real clients, come back a month later. The attribution window is long on purpose.

  5. 5

When they pay, you take your share

The commission clears thirty days after the payment — the time a refund would take — and then repeats on every renewal without you doing anything else.

02The tracks

Two ways to be in.

The difference isn't how good you are: it's how much of the selling you do and how much we do.

20–50%

Creators and influencers

You have an audience inside fitness

  • You publish the link and your job ends there: the product does the rest.
  • Nothing to sell, nobody to talk to, no support to provide.
  • You start at 20% and climb with active customers and the revenue they generate, up to 50%: the highest rate in the programme, and a level once reached is kept.
It works if your audience is trainers, not people who train: here the customer paying is the professional.
20–40%

Sales partners

You present, you demo, you follow the customer

  • A lower scale, 20% to 40%, because we do the selling together.
  • Briefs, demo scripts and objection answers come from us.
  • It is all in the Sentovia Partner Hub, product by product.
This is the track for people already walking into gyms: equipment suppliers, consultants, agencies, reps in the sector.
03The rules

The rules, plainly.

04Questions

The ones that always come up.

Do I have to be a personal trainer to join?

No. You just have to talk to someone who is. The partners who do best are often fitness creators, equipment suppliers, gym consultants and educators: people who are inside the sector without coaching anyone.

Do I have to use Personal TrAI to promote it?

Not required, but the free plan exists partly for this: three real clients, no time limit, no card. People who have opened the product at least once talk about it differently, and it shows.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. No joining fee, no revenue minimum, no volume commitment. If you bring nobody, nothing happens: you simply earn nothing.

How do I see who I brought and what I've earned?

In the Sentovia Partner Hub: clicks, sign-ups, active subscriptions and earned commissions, each with its clearing date. It is one dashboard for every product in the catalogue, not one per product.

Who looks after the customer once they've signed up?

We do. Support, loading their clients in from a spreadsheet, billing and renewals are on us. You don't become anyone's helpdesk, and your commission keeps running either way.

What if the customer cancels?

The commission stops with the subscription: what you have already been paid stays yours, but from that month that customer no longer counts. That is the other side of "for life": the programme pays for people staying, not for signatures.

Can I run paid ads?

Yes, to your own audience and with your own creative. What you can't do is buy ads on the product name or on Sentovia's, or present yourself as if you were us: the full rule is written in the programme terms.

Is this only for Personal TrAI?

No, and that is the part worth having. The code is one and covers the whole Sentovia catalogue: if a contact of yours isn't a trainer but needs to split shifts in a restaurant or wants a vertical CRM, the same link still counts.

The next step is over there.

The partner account opens on Sentovia, where your code, your dashboard and the full terms live. It takes two minutes.
